We strongly discourage registering on site as you will not be guaranteed materials or seating. It is best and financially more attractive to register in advance, because of the registration deadlines.

The continuing education hours and credits will be indicated on our website and in the printed congress programme.
Business attire or business casual. Business attire recommended for the Opening Ceremony, festive dress for the closing dinner.
The confirmation sent by to you by our registration office MCI serves as a receipt as it specifies the date, method and amount of payment made.
You will receive an auto response shortly after you submit the form with the details of your registration. Once your payment has been processed you will receive your confirmation of registration, which is your invoice/receipt.
The request for an official invitation letter for visa purposes is an option during the online registration. You will receive the letter as a PDF after completing the online registration and payment.
FIP is non-profit and non-governmental organization, in official relations with the World Health Organization and subject to strict limitations with regard to sponsorship from e.g. pharmaceutical industry, and therefore also not able to waive registration fees for or sponsor attendance of our congresses.
Yes you will receive a certificate by e-mail after the congress.
If you accompanying person would like to attend the sessions, he/she does need a full congress registration.

In order to qualify for the FIP Member fee two conditions must be met:
  1. You must have been an individual member of FIP for at least the past two years (2016 and 2017); and
  2. All your membership fees (including those for 2018) must be fully paid by 1 May 2018. If you qualify for this fee and still have not received a link, please contact the membership coordinator ([email protected]) at FIP, to check your membership status.

The Visa Invitation letter (also for accompanying persons) will be automatically send to your e-mail when you have successfully registered and finalized the payment. If you have not received it, please contact [email protected].
Yes, day cards can be purchased on site @ 360 Euro. Pre-registration for a day card is not possible. Please note: It is not possible to exchange a full congress pre-registration into a day card.
