Badges

Participants will be given their name badges at the registration desk. Due to security regulations, all participants and accompanying persons must wear their badges throughout the congress. Only participants with white badges will be admitted to the sessions. Accompanying persons (different badges) may attend the Opening Ceremony and social events but will not be allowed to attend sessions.

Breaks

The coffee breaks during the sessions will be from 10:20 to 10:40 in the morning and from 15:50 to 16:10 in the afternoon. Between the sessions there will be a lunch break from 12:00 to 14:30. Please note that there are also some sessions between 12:30 and 14:00.

Commitment to change

Commitment to change is crucial for advancing not only the profession of pharmacy, but life in general. Change can occur at an individual, local, national or international level. What is your commitment to change? How are you going to improve your pharmacy practice, educational and scientific work based on what you have learnt and experienced during the congress? How are you going to improve your everyday work and life? You can be completely honest about what you commit to, because nobody else will see it, and you will have the opportunity to write down more commitments, not only professional, but also personal. You will find a Commitment to Change card in your congress pack, as well as an envelope. Commit to change in 5 simple steps:

1.       write your commitment(s) on the card,

2.       put the card in the envelope,

3.       close the envelope so that your commitments remain absolutely confidential,

4.       write your own full name and address on the envelope IN CAPITALS as FIP is going to send the card back to you at the start of 2019,

5.       return the envelope at the FIP booth in the exhibition to collect your Committed to Change ribbon.

FIP SUPPORTS YOU IN YOUR COMMITMENT!
